Sales Account Manager
Job Overview:
As a Sales Account Manager for Digital Infrastructure & ICT Services, you will play a crucial role in articulating the value of Atria’s solutions to potential clients, both functionally and technically. You will uncover business requirements, implement our sales strategy, and design tailored solutions that effectively meet customer needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving growth and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline within your designated market sector, identifying opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Objectives: Consistently meet and exceed agreed-upon sales and revenue goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to results.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely follow-up on all sales activities, driving effective communication and alignment.
- Vendor Relationships: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with vendors and distributors to enhance partnership opportunities and optimize support.
- Market Expansion: Strategically develop and expand the company’s market share within your assigned sector, identifying new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Enhance client and partner relationships, establishing strategic business alliances that drive mutual success.
- Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate relevant project information and updates to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Engaging Presentations: Deliver compelling, informative, and well-organized presentations to clients, colleagues, and team members, effectively showcasing our solutions.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Direct Manager regarding sales pipeline status and forecasts, ensuring visibility and accountability.
- Company Representation: Actively participate in company events and initiatives aimed at promoting Atria’s position with both existing and potential clients.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or any related field.
- Relevant certifications in Sales or IT Solutions are a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent organizational skills, time management capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- 4-5 years of cross-sector sales and account management experience in the KSA ICT market with leading technology vendors or top-tier resellers, including up to 2 years in pre-sales/technical-selling, customer success, account management, or sales support within the IT industry.
- Saudi-based with current transferable Saudi Iqama or Work-Visa permit.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation, qualification techniques, and supporting sales teams in achieving their goals.
- Appreciation for solutions selling (Managed Services, Business Applications, Clouds, and /or CyberSecurity and Cloud Telephony & Collaboration solutions.
- Client-centric mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationships building.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Resilient and able to handle client feedbacks with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in *Arabic and English, with professional-level command of both languages.
