Business Development Manager
Job Overview:
As a Business Development Manager at Atria, you will be instrumental in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that drive growth. Your role will involve building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, developing and implementing innovative strategies to increase sales and revenue, and expanding Atria’s market share. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales acumen and a passion for fostering client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement a growth strategy focused on financial gains, customer satisfaction, and retention. Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking initiatives.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and industry vendors, ensuring Atria is positioned as a trusted partner in their success.
- Sales and Revenue Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and revenue, including lead generation, client presentations, and tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Effectively negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnership.
- Market Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends and changes, ensuring Atria remains competitive and well-informed about market dynamics.
- Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and lead the Inside Sales team by setting pipeline generation targets and enhancing messaging that conveys Atria’s expanding solutions effectively.
- Performance Metrics: Establish accurate metrics to assess the effectiveness of the Inside Sales department, collaborating with senior management to drive continuous improvement.
- Onboarding and Training: Train new Inside Sales team members to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, enabling them to build a highly qualified opportunity pipeline.
- Reporting and Insights: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Networking and Promotion: Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote Atria’s products and services, enhancing brand visibility and market presence.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients, ensuring timely follow-up on all opportunities to maximize conversions.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT services industry.
- Proven experience in the KSA market is essential; experience managing a business development or sales team is a significant plus.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
